  A Russian actress from St. Petersburg, Katia has studied acting, pantomime, and physical theatre since 2001. She performed in Cirque du Soleil's IRIS as a character of her own creation and was the face of the IRIS advertising campaign. In March 2013, she began giving Mime and Russian Physical Theatre classes in Hollywood.
   A former student of the French master of mime Marcel Marceau and a graduate of Marceau's Paris International School of Mimodrama, Lorin has performed and taught mime for over 20 years. In 2001, he founded the Los Angeles school Mime Theatre Studio; he is a movement coach for major Hollywood feature film, TV, commercial, and music video productions; and he is a consulting mime and character movement instructor for Cirque du Soleil's Las Vegas shows.
